Angel Morton, 33-year-old wedding and freelance photographer based in Brick, NJ.
Angel grew up in the small town of Independence, Kasas and graduated from Emporia State University with a degree in Sociology. While in school she married her college sweetheart and gave birth to her son, Eli. Shortly after her son's birth, she relocated to Richmond, Virginia with her family.
As an avid music lover, Angel became involved photographing regional and national acts that toured through the area. Concert photography taught attention to detail and to always look for real emotion. It also gave her a great appreciation of good lighting!
Taking what she learned from her time in the front row and back stage, she moved into portrait and wedding photography.
Angel's photographic style is candid, emotional and real. Her clients love her use of color and the wonderful details of her black and whites.
Some of the bands Angel has covered are: Third Eye Blind, Lifehouse, Chris Isaack, Thrice, Sister Hazel, Matt Nathanson, Sara Bareilles, Jack's Mannequin and Mat Kearney.
